How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

If something went wrong, tell us. Belongsoon Pest Control wants every homeowner who reaches out to get a fair and honest experience. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Belongsoon Pest Control
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If Your Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If work in your home went badly, start with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who keep falling short of our expectations may be removed. Be aware that Belongsoon Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Rhode Island.

How to File

Email contact@belongsoon.property and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

What Happens Next

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Still Disagree

Not happy with our reply? Answer it and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option.
